The overview shows who is active, idle or offline, average productive time, policy violations, and the most used applications and web categories, with links into each tool.

Recordings for investigations, with evidence integrity

Screen and terminal recordings play in the console with the activity that happened during them. Each recording has a tamper-evidence manifest, and deleting one needs a typed confirmation.

Data protection at the endpoint

File transfers, USB devices and data sent to AI tools are reported by the agent. Policies for AI tools record violations, and each event shows exactly what the agent reported.

Built for transparent monitoring: employee notices, acknowledgements and audit trails are built in; organisations configure monitoring under their own legal obligations.

  • A notice on every operator screen. Every monitoring page starts with what is collected, from whom, how long it is kept and whether employees were notified. If employee notification is switched off, the console warns that monitoring without notice is likely unlawful.
  • The same notice for employees. Each person can see which of their devices are monitored, what is and is not collected, what is masked, how long it is kept and who can see it, and can acknowledge the notice.
  • Deliberate live view. Live view needs an explicit confirmation that states its purpose limits, and it is read-only.
  • Collect less by default. Screen recording can be limited to flagged activity or an open investigation, screenshots to alerts, and web addresses can be cut to the domain before storage.

You remain responsible for a lawful basis and proper notice under the laws that apply to you, including the DPDP Act 2023.
